Bring your own bags to the park.
Poop pick-up bags cost money. MOLG shares the financial burden of
purchasing poop bags with the Seattle Parks and Recreation Department.
It costs between $445 and $900 each month to supply the park with these
courtesy poop bags. It would be great to use some of this money to pay
for park improvements!
Though some people like to bring extra bags to leave by the kiosk for
everyone to share, both MOLG and the Seattle Parks Department
discourage this. After being peed on and soaked with rain, the bags turn into a yucky mess that no one wants to use.
